U18 Boys & Girls Technical Skill Development Sessions
MVPL and Mazon Hockey Canada team up to provide 7 technical skill development sessions for athletes based in Metro Vancouver. The 7 sessions are coached by a variety of volunteer club coaches and focus on technical skills, field hockey fundamentals & most important meeting new friends and having fun! Thank you to Mazon Hockey to this partnership!
2022 U23 High Performance Sessions
CJ Roydhouse hosted 14 weeks of U23 high performance trainings. Sessions had 15-30 minutes lead by an athletic trainer and CJ finished the sessions with 45 minutes of technical skill development. The focus over the 14 weeks was strictly individual technical skill understanding and improvement. Small games were introduced where needed. Overall a great success for a pilot project!
